Our initial call will be free of charge. The cost of each subsequent session is £70. You won't be charged as long as you've given at least 72 hours notice of cancellation.
What happens next: Contact
If you feel counselling may be helpful for you, or if you’re perhaps still unsure and have some questions, please feel free to contact me. We will arrange a time for an initial call to discuss what has brought you to counselling and how we could work together.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get a sense of each other. I will ask you questions about what you hope to gain from counselling. I like to build up a picture of who you are, your history and your needs. Together we will agree on how to move forward.
